Brian Peppers

- Brian has been with RollSeal since 1992 and has served in various roles within the organization throughout the years. He started with the company as a Drafter and worked through multiple engineering roles. Once he was fully acquainted with the product line Brian moved to the Midwest where he served as Region Manager covering a 9 state territory. After returning to the corporate office he served as Engineering Manager and later transitioned into a role managing Customer and Technical Services. Eventually, he would become the General Manager and then the Product Manager. Peppers’ found his stride in the Product Management role and the responsibility for the welfare of the product line suited him well with his background in engineering. First hand customer experience instilled in him a belief that product and application knowledge is key in building a sustainable partnership with our customers. Brian said a close friend and mentor told him, “You always want to make sure you’re a value, both to your customer and to your company. Take care of that and everything else will fall in line.”
