About the SMART Door Trial Program

Information to outline the guidelines and prerequisite requirements to take part in a RollSeal Door Trial of our WIC or WIF Model Doors, designed for a wide range of refrigerated environments, and specifically tailored for use in various grocery store applications.

The goal of this program is to provide you with hands-on experience with the RollSeal Door, at the cost of your existing door solution, with no up-front cost required. At the end of the program, is it our hope that you will have the needed information to make an informed decision regarding the performance and the ROI of the RollSeal Door in regard to your unique store layout, stocking scenarios, and associate interaction.

Prerequisites

To be eligible to take part in this program, please verify that you repair, replace, or newly construct, on average, a minimum of (10) WICF doors per calendar year and you are open to the possibility of a better solution to your current doors.

Trial Program Guidelines

  1. Choose Your Store Location
    Select the store location where you would like to conduct the trial.

  2. Complete & Submit the Application/Contract
    Fill out and submit the Trial Program Application and Contract.  See here

  3. Site Evaluation & Data Logger Installation
    Allow RollSeal access to the chosen location for a site evaluation and installation of a data logger.

  4. Sign the Application & Issue Initial PO
    Sign the completed Trial Program Application and issue the initial Purchase Order (PO).

  5. Install RollSeal Door & Accessories
    Install the RollSeal door and accessories, including the removal of any pre-existing door if it's a remodel or retrofit.

  6. Trial Phase (90 Days)
    Conduct the trial over 90 days, including a visit and evaluation at the 45-day mark.

  7. End of Trial Site Visit
    Conduct a site visit at the end of the trial to remove the monitoring equipment.

  8. RollSeal Trial Completion Report
    Receive a report on the trial's completion.

  9. Next Steps
    Determine the trial's success and discuss the next steps.

throughout the US, with our oldest models far surpassing 1,000,000 cycles in use.
