Trial Program Application (First Steps):

  1. The first step is to get you set up in our operating system with an account, so that we can properly ship/track the door required for the trial. This can be done by sending us your standard on-boarding documentation (whyrollseal@hhtech.net) or by filling out our on-line customer setup documents at Credit App with HH Technologies.
  2. Next, please provide us with information on how it would work best for you to eventually purchase from RollSeal. We will request an initial PO for the trial & will place an order in our system at 150-day terms. Pricing for the trial door will be based on information that you provide on the price of your current door solution … with RollSeal agreeing to match the price of your current door. You can be set up to purchase direct through RollSeal or through your box manufacturer as a part of a complete system.

a) After the site evaluation has been completed, & specifics on the door size are known, the PO for trial door will be entered under customer account with NET 150-day terms. This timing allows for a (30) day period to build & install the RollSeal door at site, a (90) day trial/evaluation period, & a (30) day grace period for data from the trial to be reviewed.

b) After the trial has been completed, data reported, & data reviewed, we will hold a final meeting either via an on-line conference call or in-person. At this meeting, if the trial has been deemed a success, then we have multiple next steps that can be undertaken at that time (detailed below):

  • The RollSeal Door has shown enough positive ROI & functionality within the store to involve the architect & start the process of putting it on specification & store drawings. If this is the outcome, the invoice for the trial door will be extended and credited off once we receive initial orders for additional doors.
  • You, as the customer, are happy with the trial, & want to take a further step of trialing the RollSeal Door at additional stores. If this is the outcome, then RollSeal will work with you on the additional trial stores, being present for the installs, & monitoring the stores as was done on the initial trial. The invoice for the original trial door will need to be paid on the invoice due date.
  • If you do not deem the trial to have been a success, & want the RollSeal Door removed from the trial store, RollSeal will handle the removal of the door from the store & will credit off the invoice for the trial door.
